Job Description: 

As P&O Specialist, you will – together with a colleague – be the go-to person on our daily and annual deliverables in hiring and onboarding/offboarding administration and general HR support.


Your tasks will include:

  • Driving our payroll processes, including submitting data to our external provider
  • Ensuring effective administrative processes involving current employees and new hires, hereunder employment contracts, onboarding and absence registration etc.
  • Being responsible for administrating people data in our HR IT system
  • Being liaison with our external providers including payroll and pension
  • Support with ad hoc administrative tasks and handling day-to-day queries from our employees
  • Further to the above, you collaborate with the P&O Operations team to optimize our current processes. Our P&O Operations teams currently consists of three employees, and you will report directly to the P&O Director, Rewards & Legal.


About You

We are looking for a person with minimum of five years’ experience as HR Coordinator, HR Consultant/HR Administrator, Payroll Specialist, or with a broad administrative background within HR operations. Furthermore, we imagine that you have:

 

  • A relevant education within Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
  • Demonstrated experience with general HR administration
  • Experience with working in a professional, international, and diverse working culture
  • A good understanding of HR IT systems; knowledge of SAP, Cornerstone and Penneo will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills across organisational levels and with many different stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially with Excel and Word)
  • Proficiency in Danish and English both in writing and verbally
  • As a person, you are service-minded and outgoing and take pride in delivering your work at a high level and quality. Paying attention to details and having a structured way of working is in your nature. Finally, you thrive in a changing and dynamic working environment, where interacting with many different stakeholders gives you energy.
